Responsibilities:

• As a Managed Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the performance and availability of applications running in the public cloud.
• Working in squads fulfilling the mission.
• Handling monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and load testing of cloud-native applications.
• Contributing to the development of internal tools and products owned by the squad.
• Developing automation and IaC for customers' infrastructure and applications.
• Minimizing toil of the squad with automation and code.
• Contributing to the internal toolbox to improve processes, manage infrastructure, and scale systems.
• Advising customers on optimal service composition of public cloud-based services and tools.
• Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction, including on-call support.
• Contributing to the internal community and fostering collaboration among colleagues.
