Job summary

Sephora in Germany seeks an enthusiastic beauty consultant to assist customers across Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care and Fragrance. You will share knowledge on trends, greet customers, and close sales with a high level of service.

The role emphasizes product presentation, stock upkeep, and boutique operations. The successful candidate will have completed relevant retail training and at least 3 years of experience in beauty retail, with fluent English or local language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
• 3+ years in beauty retail, consulting and customer service is preferred.
• Fluent in English or native language of the country; strong product knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Active support and advice for customers in departments (Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, Fragrance) and beauty trends on the sales floor.
• Live Sephora Attitude: Welcoming, Knowing, Closing; build relationships at eye level.
• Sell products through in-depth product knowledge; communicate trends and news to customers.
• Support with merchandising, inventory, and routine store operations as described.

• Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor
• Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
• Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates
• Carrying out inventories
