Job Responsibilities

1. Make Up Initiative
   • Provide instant makeup services to customers and at practical events as needed.
   • Achieve sales targets in skincare, body care, and makeup categories.
2. Deliver Sales & KPIs
   • Enhance product sales growth in-store.
   • Understand sales KPIs, SOPs, and brand structure.
3. Customer Service
   • Deliver excellent customer service as per Clarins standards.
   • Recruit new customers and foster loyalty among existing customers.
4. Product, Inventory & Follow-Up Skills
   • Participate in store operations as assigned.
   • Possess basic knowledge of selling products by franchise, and understand product KPIs and personal sales reports.
