Job Overview

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining 14 major accounts in the assigned industry within the Central region. The key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing contact and opportunity activity through NOVO.
  • Growing profitable sales year over year within the account portfolio.

The role involves collaboration with the bid and inside sales teams to coordinate account activities and support bids and tenders when opportunities arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing accounts through direct customer contact and liaising with dealers, initially focusing on approximately 14 accounts.
  • Using NOVO to strategize, manage activities, and oversee the sales pipeline.
  • Achieving bookings aligned with the annual operating plan (AOP) targets.
  • Participating in team meetings, remotely or face-to-face.
  • Developing sales skills through mentoring and customer visits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in business or marketing preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of materials handling products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in bid and tender writing, with commercial awareness, is desirable.
