Dior in Düsseldorf seeks a Maison Manager (m/f/d) for a permanent full-time counter position. You will independently lead the team, deliver premium customer service, and drive CRM-driven growth in a luxury environment.

Your role focuses on expanding an exclusive client base, managing stockroom coordination with back-office, and achieving sales targets while modelling leadership and integrity.

Qualifications

• Commercial training in retail or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in premium/luxury retail.
• Experience leading a high-performance store team.
• Strong CRM network and customereling experience.
• Fluent English mandatory; German B1/B2; French/Russian/Mandarin/Arabic advantageous.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to drive measures.
• Open, self-confident personality with sales and communication skills.
• Empathetic and practical leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Independent management of the counter, leadership and development of the team according to retail KPIs and sales targets.
• Provide professional, personalized customer advice per DIOR guidelines.
• Build and develop an exclusive customer base and expand CRM database.
• Carry out clienteling and CRM activities with monitoring.
• Ensure excellent customer service driven by customer-oriented mindset; act as role model for the team.
• Regular performance reporting and market/trend observations.
• Stockroom management and assortment coordination with back-office.
