Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing machinery, equipment, or structures.
Conduct inspections of facilities and identify maintenance needs, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, etc.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
Perform general repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing damaged components, and ensuring safety features are operational.
Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for events or special projects.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
Perform preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Worker or similar role.
Solid understanding of various maintenance procedures and techniques.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
