Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs across apartment units and common areas.

You will respond to resident service requests quickly and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance, flooring, and HVAC issues with attention to detail. You will represent the Wasatch brand with strong customer service, work well in a team or independently, and adapt to a flexible schedule including weekends and after-hours

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year hands-on maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience repairing/maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating/air systems, pools.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and on-call after hours.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.

What we're looking for

Benefits and Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $16.65 - 22.53 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!

Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
