• Carrying out planned maintenance activities according to checklists
• Performing emergency repairs of various types
• Tasks are carried out within the framework of general instructions with some scope for independent action
• Providing suggestions for improving the trouble-free operation of equipment
• Detecting and repairing faults
• Knowledge of fits for gears and shafts
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and ability to read hydraulic diagrams
• Knowledge of pneumatic systems and ability to read pneumatic diagrams
