Role Definition:
This role is responsible for all maintenance activities on site, mechanical and electrical, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

General Responsibilities:
- Developing, planning and executing preventive maintenance actions, as well as addressing day to day needs at the Plant.
- Identifying potential partners and build up collaboration relationships.
- Developing and implementing regular inspections on all technical equipments.
- Responsible for inventory and ordering spare parts.
- Be a team member in projects or lead a project group

Key Knowledge/Experience Requirements:
- 5 years of previous experience with maintenance on an industrial scale and preventive maintenance.
- Experience dealing with technical projects and working with external partners.

Skills/Competencies Requirements:
- Self-organization and ability to lead a project group or participating as a member depending on the project and the company needs.
- Ability to work individually and as a part of a team.
- Forklift license will be an asset.

Other Essential Requirements:
Fluent German speaking
English is desirable
