Job description

Tasks

1. Creation and review of technical maintenance and servicing specifications using metrics and KPIs
2. Management and processing of maintenance projects and process analyses
3. Participation in site planning and organization of spare parts management
4. Coordination and implementation of expert inspections and warranty tracking
5. Develop technical improvement concepts and select the solution according to technical and economic criteria
6. Coordination of external companies and creation of work instructions
7. Develop maintenance planning and standards, monitor and continuously improve
8. Application of digital solutions and industry standards for process optimization

Requirements

1. Completed studies in engineering or in a technical field
2. Several years of professional experience in maintenance and project management
3. Basic knowledge of lean management
4. Confident use of Google Workspace
5. Business fluent German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
6. Willingness to work in a 2-shift system, including early and late shifts
7. Unrestricted work permit for the EU is mandatory
