Job description
Tasks
- Analyse and optimise production equipment to increase efficiency
- Identify and eliminate weaknesses in machines and processes
- Conduct root cause analyses for recurring technical malfunctions
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to increase equipment availability
- Support the specification and implementation of new machinery
- Independently manage medium- to large-scale maintenance projects
- Coordinate and supervise external service providers
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or industrial engineering
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance and plant optimisation
- Experience with automation and control systems (e.g. PLCs, sensors)
- Knowledge of TPM, Lean Maintenance, and Predictive Maintenance is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
- Willingness to continue learning and adapt to technological changes
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is absolutely required
