Zusammenfassung

AS Talent Recruiting represents a well-established EASA Part-145 helicopter maintenance organization based in the Munich area, seeking a Maintenance Planner (m/f/d) to join on a permanent basis at the earliest possible start date.

You will plan scheduled and unscheduled helicopter maintenance, prepare work packages, coordinate with CAMO, Engineering, Quality and Logistics, and ensure compliance with EASA Part-145 requirements.

Qualifikationen

  • Completed technical or aviation-related vocational training.
  • Several years of professional experience in helicopter maintenance.
  • Experience in a Part-145 environment.
  • Practical experience in Base Maintenance.
  • Experience with maintenance planning, work preparation or maintenance coordination.
  • Good understanding of approved maintenance data (AMM, IPC, SRM, CMM, SBs, ADs).
  • Previous experience as a Helicopter Mechanic, Lead Mechanic or Certifying Staff.
  • EASA Part-66 B1.3 and experience in Base Maintenance Planning.
  • Good understanding of maintenance processes and practical aircraft maintenance requirements.
  • Good technical English skills, spoken and written; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

  • Preparing and planning scheduled and unscheduled helicopter maintenance.
  • Creating, preparing and maintaining work packages, work orders and work cards.
  • Reviewing maintenance data and ensuring all tasks are included in the work package.
  • Planning activities based on manpower, skills, tooling, material and capacity.
  • Coordinating maintenance tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Preparing maintenance packages for Base Maintenance checks and inputs.
  • Coordinating with Production, Certifying Staff, CAMO, Engineering, Quality and Logistics.
  • Monitoring spare parts availability and equipment.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and initiating corrective actions.
  • Supporting Non-Routine Findings incorporation into maintenance.
  • Assessing impact on manpower, material and turnaround time.
  • Prioritizing and scheduling maintenance tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with EASA Part-145 and company procedures.
  • Maintaining planning data in MRO/ERP system.
  • Supporting continuous improvement of planning processes.

For our client, a well-established and highly specialized EASA Part-145 approved helicopter maintenance organization based in Munich area, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Planner (m/f/d) to join their team on a permanent basis at the earliest possible start date.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and planning scheduled and unscheduled helicopter maintenance
  • Creating, preparing and maintaining work packages, work orders and work cards
  • Reviewing applicable maintenance data and ensuring that all required tasks are included in the work package
  • Planning maintenance activities based on manpower, skills, tooling, material and available maintenance capacity
  • Coordinating maintenance tasks and ensuring an efficient workflow throughout the maintenance event
  • Preparing maintenance packages for Base Maintenance checks and other maintenance inputs
  • Coordinating with Production, Certifying Staff, CAMO, Engineering, Quality and Logistics
  • Monitoring the availability of required spare parts, materials, tools and special equipment
  • Identifying potential bottlenecks and proactively initiating appropriate measures
  • Supporting the planning and incorporation of Non-Routine Findings into ongoing maintenance activities
  • Assessing the impact of additional findings on manpower, material and turnaround time
  • Supporting the prioritization and scheduling of maintenance tasks
  • Ensuring that planning activities comply with applicable EASA Part-145 requirements and company procedures
  • Maintaining accurate planning information within the applicable MRO/ERP system
  • Supporting continuous improvement of maintenance planning processes
Your Profile:
  • Completed technical or aviation-related vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in helicopter maintenance
  • Experience in a Part-145 environment
  • Practical experience in Base Maintenance
  • Experience with maintenance planning, work preparation or maintenance coordination

  • Good technical English skills, spoken and written. German is an advantage.
