Zusammenfassung

AS Talent Recruiting's client, a well-established German aviation company in the greater Munich area, seeks a Helicopter Mechanic (m/f/d) for a permanent position. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled helicopter maintenance to official data and procedures.

Responsibilities include inspections, repairs, modifications, troubleshooting, and thorough documentation under EASA Part-145. Strong English is required; German is a plus. Excellent career prospects and health programs are offered.

Qualifikationen

  • Professional experience in helicopter maintenance.
  • Good technical English language skills, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

  • Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on helicopters in accordance with approved maintenance data and company procedures.
  • Carrying out inspections, repairs, modifications and component replacements.
  • Performing troubleshooting and rectification of technical defects.
  • Working with maintenance documentation such as AMM, IPC, SRM, CMM, SBs and other approved technical data.
  • Supporting base maintenance activities and maintenance checks.
  • Completing maintenance documentation accurately and in accordance with EASA Part-145 requirements.
  • Working closely with Certifying Staff, Maintenance Planning, Engineering, Quality and Logistics.
  • Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with applicable safety, quality and airworthiness standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures.

For our client, a well-established German aviation company located in the greater Munich area, we are currently seeking a Helicopter Mechanic (m/f/d) to join their team on a permanent basis at the earliest possible start date.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on helicopters in accordance with approved maintenance data and company procedures
  • Carrying out inspections, repairs, modifications and component replacements
  • Performing troubleshooting and rectification of technical defects
  • Working with current maintenance documentation such as AMM, IPC, SRM, CMM, SBs and other approved technical data
  • Supporting base maintenance activities and maintenance checks
  • Identifying and reporting technical findings and supporting their proper rectification
  • Completing maintenance documentation accurately and in accordance with EASA Part-145 requirements
  • Working closely with Certifying Staff, Maintenance Planning, Engineering, Quality and Logistics
  • Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with applicable safety, quality and airworthiness standards
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures
Your Profile:
  • Completed vocational training in aircraft maintenance, aviation mechanics or a comparable technical qualification
  • Professional experience in helicopter maintenance
  • Experience with Airbus, Leonardo or Augusta Westland Helicopter is an advantage
  • Experience in Base Maintenance is a plus
  • Good technical English language skills, written and spoken. German is a plus
