Maintenance Planner for Military Rotary Wing Aircraft

Location: Greater Munich Area

Your Mission

In this essential role, you are responsible for creating maintenance project plans for one of the most modern military helicopters. Your responsibilities include:

• Scheduling work orders and determining the processing sequence, considering deadlines, production, material capacities, and various influencing factors.
• Managing work orders (e.g., setting deadlines/quantities, assigning individual orders to different cost centers).
• Coordinating (cross-departmental) and scheduling non-timed orders.
• Developing proposals for supply stock and their implementation.
• Aligning available personnel and technical capacities with material availability.
• Implementing and coordinating changes during order processing – checking and processing difference lists (e.g., from computer-aided material planning, missing part lists, etc.).
• Identifying and documenting deviations; analyzing causes; initiating corrective measures in coordination with dock managers.
• Coordinating unexecutable orders (e.g., due to lack of materials, insufficient capacities, etc.); possibly suggesting alternatives.

Your Profile

• Completed Master's or Technician's training, ideally with additional REFA or MTM training.
• Proven experience in maintenance planning for military aircraft, preferably with NH90 or other rotary-wing models.
• Required knowledge of SAP / SASPF
• Good English and German language skills / willingness and ability to improve German language on short notice
• Ready to undergo a successful military security check.
