We are looking for a Maintenance Methods Engineer (m/f/d) at our Friedrichsdorf location.

Responsibilities:

1. Deploy and oversee Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) processes to optimize equipment performance (MTTR, MTBF, TRP).
2. Manage and update technical documentation and work instructions.
3. Propose and control maintenance budgets, including overheads, labor, and spare parts inventory.
4. Lead maintenance-related productivity improvements and QRQC processes.
5. Ensure spare parts inventory is well maintained and equipment FMEA is up-to-date.
6. Collaborate with process teams and maintenance supervisors for equipment industrialization, ensuring compliance with VSDP and IPROM standards.
7. Develop and implement safety standards, lead safety QRQC, and promote safety culture.
8. Assess environmental impacts of equipment and incorporate safety measures in design per regulations.
9. Develop team expertise, manage workforce planning, and support competence transfer and HR needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in People and Budget Management.
• Minimum 5 years in a technical role.
• Experience as Maintenance Method Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Proficiency in German and English.
