Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Implant (m/w/div.)

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure production availability and proper maintenance of equipment in your area within a 24/7 shift system.
  2. Perform planned and unplanned maintenance following safety guidelines and work instructions.
  3. Diagnose and resolve simple faults on electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems independently and in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  4. Operate metrology equipment independently based on provided qualifications.
  5. Maintain high machine uptime and stability using methods like SPC.
  6. Develop and follow maintenance procedures and documentation in our maintenance systems.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement processes and assist with equipment commissioning.
Shift Model

6:4 full continuous shift pattern (6 workdays followed by 4 days off).

Qualifications
  • Education: Successfully completed technical vocational training in fields such as Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Microtechnology, or similar, with professional experience.
  • Experience: Practical maintenance experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry, with knowledge of technical systems and maintenance methods like SPC.
  • Personality: Team-oriented, flexible, motivated, resilient, and communicative.
  • Work Style: Proactive, independent, responsible, results- and quality-oriented, reliable, and able to assess and minimize safety risks. Willing to work in a full shift system.
  • Languages: Very good German and good English skills.
