Maintenance Field Expert (m/f/d)

The place of work is flexible with the opportunity to work from home according to our different work (time) models. Proximity to one of our WEPA locations is advantageous. Frequent business trips are required.

1. Support implementation of maintenance structures, KPIs, and improvement measures
2. Strengthen the maintenance network and communicate company goals across all sites
3. Act as first contact for challenges in maintenance planning and execution
4. Promote Lean Maintenance and PDCA practices
5. Drive digital tools and structured equipment setups
6. Provide 2nd-level support to CMMS Key Users
7. Assist in reducing downtime and increasing planned maintenance activities
8. Personality: Strong communication and collaboration skills, assertiveness, and confident appearance, also in an international context
9. Working style: Structured, solution-oriented work style, willingness to travel, flexibility for changing requirements, hands-on mentality
10. Experience and know-how: Experience in maintenance strategy (preferably in the paper or tissue industry; alternatively, experience in the overall FMCG industry), continuous production environments, and team leadership (small teams). Proficient in Hexagon EAM or SAP-PM advantageous, with hands-on knowledge of Lean/5S and experience in training and facilitation
11. Qualification: Technical qualification (master/technician/engineer) with a strong maintenance focus or extensive experience in maintaining modern industrial plants
12. Languages: Proficiency in English
