persona service AG & Co. KG seeks an experienced production operator in Meißen to set up and monitor extruder systems, document parameters, and support quality control.

The role involves preparing production documentation, materials, and tools, plus maintaining machinery while upholding safety and quality standards. A forklift license and German language skills are preferred for this position.

Qualifikationen

• You have at least 2 years’ experience in metalworking/mechanical engineering.
• You also hold a forklift truck operator’s licence.
• You also have basic IT skills.
• A good command of spoken German and a valid work permit are also an advantage.
• You are available to work shifts in a 3‑shift system (Mon–Fri).
• You are characterised by an independent, structured and goal‑oriented approach to work, as well as a willingness to work as part of a team.
