Die Gebrüder Dorfner GmbH & Co. KG sucht einen Produktionsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Sargmühle, Bayern. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Bedienung der Produktionsanlagen, Wartungsarbeiten sowie die Mitwirkung am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess. Die Anforderungen umfassen eine technische oder chemische Ausbildung, Teamfähigkeit und Deutschkenntnisse. Qualifikationen

• Grundausbildung in Technik oder Chemie oder Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsumfeld.
• Führerschein für Gabelstapler.
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb.
• Grundkenntnisse in IT für die Bedienung von PLC-gesteuerten Systemen.

Aufgaben

• Bedienung und Steuerung der Produktionsanlagen.
• Durchführung kleiner Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten.
• Aktive Teilnahme am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (CIP).
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften.

• Operation and control of our production facilities
• Carrying out minor maintenance and repair work
• Collaboration in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Ensuring compliance with occupational, environmental and plant safety regulations as well as order and cleanliness

Your profile:

• Basic technical or chemical training (fitter, mechanic, mechatronics engineer, chemical technician, etc.) or professional experience in a production environment
• Forklift license and safe driving of industrial trucks an advantage
• A sense of quality and responsibility with regard to our products
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and a high level of commitment
• Willingness to work in multi-shift operation
• Basic IT knowledge for operating PLC-controlled production systems
• Written and spoken German
