persona service AG & Co. KG in Germany seeks a hands-on technician to finish ventilation components and assemble housings and prefabricated parts. You will transport components to storage or dispatch areas and ensure workstations stay clean and orderly.

You will perform final visual inspections for accuracy and damage, with a team-focused approach and willingness to work flexible shifts in a crisis-proof company specializing in air conditioning and environmental technology.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in metalworking, sheet metal fabrication or plant engineering.
• Confident in using cordless screwdrivers, riveting pliers and hand tools.
• A good command of spoken German and a valid work permit are an advantage.
• Physically fit enough to cover transport routes and move components whilst standing.
• Known for reliable and meticulous work when finalising the ventilation units.
• Ability to work well in a team and willingness to work flexible shifts.
