persona service AG & Co. KG is seeking operators for electronics assembly in a two‑shift environment. You will solder SMD components, place parts on printed circuit boards, and perform component inspection, including very small 1mm x 1mm parts, ensuring quality throughout the process.

Ideal candidates have SMD soldering experience and, preferably, automation assembly exposure. Strong dexterity, confidence with small parts, and a good command of German are advantageous; a valid work permit is
