Job summary

avitea GmbH in Werne is looking for several machine setters to join an attractive company in the metal and electrical industry, based in Werne, to start as soon as possible.

You will set up assembly lines, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, perform maintenance and repairs, and monitor production quality while continuously optimizing processes and driving improvements in CIP and 5S methodologies.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in an industrial company.
• Team player with a systematic and independent approach to work.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Confident demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and setting up assembly lines and fixtures.
