ESKA Automotive GmbH in Chemnitz is hiring machine setters to set up, operate, and monitor production equipment across various areas. You will prepare materials and tools and ensure smooth startup sequences for efficient production.

We require an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic or machining mechanic, hands-on setup and operating experience, and a strong quality focus. German language skills and a valid work permit for Germany are essential, with a three-shift work schedule.

For our various production areas, we’re looking for machine setters (m/f/d) who can reliably set up, operate, and monitor our equipment.

First things first:

• Starting salary between €33,000 and €35,000 gross per year
• Christmas bonus: ½ gross monthly salary
• 30-minute paid break daily
• 30 days of vacation
• Overtime pay for night shifts (up to 50%), overtime, and Sunday work
• Work location is Chemnitz; no field work, no assembly

What you bring to the table:

• Check equipment for proper function, clean it, and perform maintenance
• Document work orders and entries
