Our client is a leading German organisation providing packaging machinery for the food industry. They are currently looking for a number of Machine Operators to become part of their team.

The Role

• Ensure equipment is set up according to specifications and monitor product quality
• Meet all production requirements and maximize machine outputs
• Maintain effective communication with the shift leader and inform them of production status, highlighting any issues
• Perform fault finding and conduct repairs when possible
• Contact Engineering for repairs beyond the operator's capability
• Complete first-off checks to quality standards
• Minimize material wastage through effective machine operation
