Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z.B. als Maschinenbediener oder Flugzeugmechaniker.
• Erfahrung im FSW-Schweißverfahren von Vorteil.

Your Tasks

• You will carry out machine welding and set weld seams.
• You will be responsible for the mechanical processing of tank and structural assemblies.
• You will assist with the testing of weld seams, including ultrasonic testing.
• You will clean the assemblies after completion of the work and pack them in transport containers.
• You will also provide support in the areas of photogrammetry and Surtec coating.

Your Qualifications

• Completed industrial/technical vocational training, e.g. as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), aircraft mechanic (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable training.
• Experience in the FSW welding process (Friction Stir Welding) is an advantage.
• Ideally knowledge of operating machines with Sinumerik 840 D and proof of operator training in accordance with DIN ISO 24394.
• Willingness to work shifts.
