Job summary

Bon Pastaio GmbH, a family-run pasta producer for professional kitchens across Germany, invites applications for a Machine Operator (m/f/d) at the Falkenberg site. You will operate, monitor and control a pasta production line, ensure quality, quantity and hygiene, and plan raw materials.

The role includes basic maintenance, troubleshooting, adhering to HACCP and IFS standards, collaborating with production, QA and technology teams, and working in a 2-shift pattern Monday to Thursday with Friday

Qualifications

• Experience in food production is beneficial.
• Familiarity with HACCP and IFS concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team in a family-run environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and control a pasta production line.
• Ensure production quality, quantity and hygiene.
• Plan materials from available raw goods.
• Perform minor maintenance and fix simple malfunctions.
• Follow HACCP and IFS hygiene and safety standards and document formulations.
• Collaborate with production, QA and technology teams.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement under IFS at the site.
• Work in a 2-shift system Monday–Thursday, Friday 1-shift; no weekends.

Bon Pastaio GmbH has been producing filled and frozen pasta products for professional kitchens in the restaurant, catering, canteen, and large-scale consumer sectors for over 40 years. We are a family-run, medium-sized company with approximately 60 employees, supplying customers throughout Germany and Europe. To support our production team at the Falkenberg site, we are looking for:

Machine operator (m/f/d)

• Operation, monitoring and control of a product line/production plant for pasta and pasta products
• Control of the production process with regard to quality, quantity and hygiene
• Planning responsibility regarding the available raw materials
• Performing minor maintenance and repair work, as well as troubleshooting simple malfunctions
• Compliance with all hygiene, safety and quality standards according to food law (e.g.HACCP, IFS); Ensuring compliance with formulations with subsequent documentation within the HACCP concept
• Close collaboration with the team in production, quality assurance and technology
• Continuous participation in the ongoing development within the IFS standard at the site
• Work in a 2-shift system from Monday to Thursday, Fridays in 1-shift operation, no weekends
