Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Maschinenbediener oder Flugzeugmechaniker.
• Erfahrung im FSW-Schweißprozess ist von Vorteil.

Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Maschinen-Schweißarbeiten und Setzen von Schweißnähten.
• Verantwortung für die mechanische Bearbeitung von Tank- und Strukturbauteilen.

Your Tasks

• You will carry out machine welding and set weld seams
• You will be responsible for the mechanical processing of tank and structural assemblies
• You will assist with the testing of weld seams, e.g. by means of ultrasonic testing
• You will clean the assemblies after completion of the work and pack them in transport containers
• You will also provide support in the areas of photogrammetry and Surtec coating

Your Qualifications

• Completed industrial/technical vocational training, e.g. as a cutting machine operator, aircraft mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable training
• Experience in the FSW welding process (Friction Stir Welding) is an advantage
• Ideally knowledge of operating machines with Sinumerik 840 D and proof of operator training in accordance with DIN ISO 24394
• Willingness to work shifts
• Ability to work in a team
