Machine Operator CNC Milling Machines (m/f/t)

1. Setup of the machine according to plans, taking into account the drawing index.
2. Determination and provision of necessary cutting tools and measuring equipment.
3. Checking materials for compliance with work instructions.
4. Creating CNC machining programs based on drawings and materials.
5. Manual adjustment of difficult parts, as well as checking, marking, inserting, clamping, and aligning finished workpieces.
6. Manufacturing raw parts according to work instructions and performing dimensional checks, deburring, marking with production numbers, and testing the workpiece as part of self-inspection.
7. Completing workpieces by scanning at the central PC workstation.
8. Independently rectifying minor mechanical faults and electronic issues in the machine as arranged.
9. Cleaning and lubricating the machine according to specifications.

Your profile:

• Experience as a cutting machine operator, specializing in milling technology.
• Knowledge of CNC machines.
• Teamwork skills and resilience.
• Programming skills with Heidenhain controls are advantageous.
