Your Role at SIXT

• You develop and maintain a reliable infrastructure within the Data Science team, with a strong focus on DevOps practices and cloud technologies.
• You design and extend tools to automate the Data Science tech stack, continuously improving MLOps processes, including model deployment and data pipelines.
• You ensure a scalable, secure, and robust foundation for deploying machine learning models and algorithms, collaborating closely with teams such as Cloud Infrastructure.
• You work effectively with stakeholders across departments to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• You build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform to efficiently manage cloud resources.
• You make data science experiments production-ready, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and properly monitored.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You demonstrate strong proficiency in cloud-native environments, with a focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and designing scalable, resilient architectures.
• You apply advanced Python skills and implement CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless, automated software delivery across development stages.
• You manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, leveraging tools like Terraform to ensure consistency, agility, and repeatability.
• You work with containerization technologies like Docker and are familiar with orchestrating microservices at scale using Kubernetes.
• You contribute to ML Ops and data engineering workflows, with foundational knowledge in data modeling, ETL processes, and database systems.
• You use monitoring and logging tools to proactively detect and resolve issues, while collaborating effectively with global teams and communicating across technical and non-technical audiences.
