Job summary

NewNow Group in Germany seeks an ML Engineer to design and deploy AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll work at the intersection of machine learning and software engineering, turning business challenges into production-ready systems.

You’ll own end-to-end execution from model development to API delivery, collaborate with data and engineering teams, document systems, and contribute to scalable architecture in a remote-first, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• BSc or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong Python skills; Rust or C++ is a plus.
• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, etc.).
• Solid software engineering habits: testing, code reviews, CI/CD.
• Fluent English (German is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI-powered applications end-to-end.
• Develop APIs and integrate ML models and data pipelines into user-facing products.

Tasks

As an ML Engineer at NewNow Group, you will play a key role in designing and delivering AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients. You will work at the intersection of machine learning and software engineering, translating business challenges into scalable, production-ready systems. This role combines hands-on model development with strong engineering ownership and real-world deployment.
