NEWNOW Group is looking for an AI Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI systems for enterprise clients. This position requires strong Python skills and experience with machine learning frameworks. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure reliable deployment of products.

Job description

You will build and deploy production-grade AI systems for enterprise clients. Your work spans the full lifecycle - from prototyping and model development to API integration and production deployment.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI-powered applications end-to-end
• Develop APIs and integrate ML models and data pipelines into user-facing products
• Collaborate with ML, data, and engineering teams to ship reliable systems
• Contribute to architectural decisions, tooling, and engineering best practices
• Document systems and share knowledge to support long-term scalability

What you bring

• BSc or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or related field
• Strong Python skills; familiarity with CUDA or C++ is a plus
• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX)
• Solid software engineering habits: testing, code reviews, CI/CD
• Pragmatic, results-oriented, and comfortable owning work end-to-end
• Fluent English (German is a plus)

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time, low-latency ML pipelines
• Hands-on experience with transformer architectures, agentic systems, and deep learning
