M3 Operations Functional Leader (m. / f.)

The M3 Operations Functional Leader will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of M3 ERP (INFOR) on international sites for the Transit segment at the Wabtec Corporation.

The functional responsibility area of M3 Operations Functional Leader includes the business processes for Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Order Management, Purchasing, Quality, and Customer Services departments.

This position is responsible for gathering user requirements, translating them into IT solutions, designing and implementing them in M3 and related IT systems in line with the business stakeholders.

This role relies on extensive ERP experience and sound judgement to plan and accomplish goals, as well as solid engagement skills. In this position, the M3 Operations Functional Leader will report to the M3 Operations Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree or Bachelor with solid experience
2. 3+ years of experience as Functional Leader, Consultant or M3 Key User
3. Experience in M3 operations area, such as Customer Service, Quality, Order Management
4. Experience in interface implementation, API and SQL
5. Willingness to expand skills into other ERP technologies
6. English fluent (spoken and reading/writing)
7. Able and willing to travel up to 25% (depending on projects)

Location: Any Wabtec site in Europe (Paris area, Tours, Amiens or Lille in France, Leipzig in Germany, Pilsen in Czech Republic, Piossasco in Italy etc.)
