Your responsibilities

• Lead complex carve-out projects as part of M&A transactions
• Report to the respective M&A project lead
• Prepare detailed project plans including target operating models and carve-out reports, and supervise progress
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Legal, Finance, Tax, and IT for smooth separation processes
• Work with external advisors (e.g., carve-out advisors, law firms, tax advisors) to ensure successful transactions
• Conduct TSA negotiations with buyers and stakeholders

Your profile

• Master’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering) with excellent academic results
• Proven experience in M&A carve-outs, ideally in advisory roles (Big 4); energy sector experience is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to consider multiple variables
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to manage projects under tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Hard-working, organized, open-minded, willing to travel
