OFFERING

TASKS

  • Drafting pitchpresentations as well as marketing documents
  • Supporting the deal origination process, forming lasting relationships with entrepreneurs and investors
  • Developing company valuations and financial models
  • Crafting all relevant transaction documents including teaser, investor and management presentations as well as additional company documents
  • Coordinating due diligence processes from setting up the virtual data room to managing the Q&A process
  • Providing in-depth company, industry and market analysis with a strong emphasis on our core sectors (consumer and healthcare)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed university degree (Bachelor's or Master’s) and have already gained experience in the field of Corporate Finance through internships or full-time placements
  • Commitment and willingness to learn new things and put them into practice
  • Passion for entrepreneurship and driven to solve complex issues, keen on getting to work and digging into the details to achieve the best possible result for our clients
  • Comfortable in using Microsoft Office incl. PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Do not shy away from direct client contact whether in the virtual world via video calls or physical meetings
  • Fluent in English and German
