In this role, you will evaluate the customer experience of popular and iconic brands across various touchpoints, helping our clients better understand the luxury-premium markets and their customers. Our clients mainly belong to the fashion, cosmetics, watch, jewelry, automotive industries. You will work with a team of experienced professionals who will provide training and support to help you excel.
This is a freelance position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to complement a full-time job. You will be paid per correctly completed mission.
