Job Description:

We are seeking a Sicherheitsmitarbeiter / Doorman / Loss Prevention Officer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 hours/week) for our store in Köln Hürth.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible, friendly, and accessible presence at our entrances to protect customers, staff, and goods
• Prevent losses on the sales floor
• Ensure the safety of our products in collaboration with the store team
• Implement effective conflict resolution

Candidate Profile:

• High self-motivation and resilience, excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Experience in customer service, security, or related fields is helpful but not mandatory
• Open to career changers
