Lorcan Services is seeking a highly skilled and independent Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in TypeScript, Next.JS, TailwindCSS, TailwindUI, and Drizzle ORM for a freelance position. We have an existing web application that requires expert attention for its completion and future development. This role is crucial for taking the lead in the project, working directly under the guidance of the product owner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take over the development of an existing web application written in Next.JS using TypeScript, integrating Tailwind CSS with Tailwind UI components.
2. Manage database interactions using Drizzle ORM with a Postgres database.
3. Integrate and work with Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar APIs.
4. Write clean, modular code with a strong emphasis on testing.
5. Ensure robust error handling and maintain high standards in a TypeScript/Next.JS environment.
6. Effective self-management of time and tasks, with regular communication and reporting to the product owner.
7. Lead the project development with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in TypeScript, Next.JS, TailwindCSS, TailwindUI, and Drizzle ORM.
2. Experience in leading web application development projects.
3. Strong background in working with relational databases, especially Postgres.
4. Experience with Calendar API integrations (Google, Outlook) is preferred.
5. Excellent skills in writing clean, testable, and well-documented code.
6. Independent work style with strong communication skills for effective reporting.
7. Knowledge of Clerk for authentication and authorization is a plus.
8. A Tailwind UI license is available for the project, with flexibility for design system changes in the future.
