Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Lagerhaltung und im Transport.
  • Erfahrung im IT-Testing und Validierung ist von Vorteil.
  • Fähigkeit zur effektiven Verwaltung komplexer Arbeitsabläufe.

This temporary, project-related position offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external partners and impact STADA’s supply chain operations.

It is a fixed-term position until the end of October 2026.

What you can expect

  • You support the SAP4HANA implementation project by preparing, executing, and documenting validation tests in collaboration with internal users and external partners.
  • You manage inbound flows of goods from external CMOs to STADA warehouses, ensuring alignment with capacity and inventory levels.
  • You address quality deviations in transport and warehousing by managing CAPAs and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • You supervise 3PLs in inventory management, optimizing stock allocation, and managing blocked or expired stock.
  • You act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers regarding logistics operational requirements for warehousing and transportation.
  • You perform IDOC management and stock reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and alignment between SAP systems and external Warehouse Management Systems.
  • You organize, prepare, and document project meetings related to logistics processes and ensure smooth collaboration between teams.
  • You coordinate and optimize the destruction process in collaboration with 3PLs and internal teams.

Who we are looking for

  • You have a high-school diploma with vocational training or a degree in economics, business administration, or logistics.
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in warehousing and transportation in an administrative capacity, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • You are proficient in SAP and MS Office; experience in IT testing and validation or knowledge of GDP requirements is a plus.
  • You are highly organized, manage complex workflows effectively, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can resolve problems in collaboration with cross-functional departments.
  • You are fluent in both English and German, enabling efficient communication in an international environment.
