Zusammenfassung

Discover International in Berlin is seeking a hands-on logistics professional to build and lead the logistics function within a growing biopharmaceutical organisation. You will lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, ensure GMP compliance and inventory accuracy, manage providers and international shipments, and develop SOPs, KPIs and warehouse structures to support future growth.

Qualifikationen

• Several years' experience in logistics, warehousing or material management.
• Experience in pharma, biotech, medtech or another regulated industry is advantageous.
• Previous leadership or team coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and material flows.
• ERP/WMS and international logistics experience is beneficial.
• Hands-on, structured and comfortable building processes from the ground up.
• Very good German and working English.
