Your missions
The Logistics Support is responsible for managing equipment and tools, supporting production on all logistics matters.
- Manage the logistics SAP workflow (NC, IR)
- Order appropriate tools and parts to support operational activities
- Update kitting databases and manage spare parts stock
- Handle requests, ensure procurement orders are executed, define stock levels, and carry out daily and monthly inventories
- Coordinate parts delivery according to aircraft planning (contact stakeholders: suppliers, warehouses, and production coordinators)
- Organize parts transportation (truck, charter, etc.)
- Manage supplier deviations related to parts and their delivery
- Coordinate parts standard exchange with onsite field services
- Initiate and manage parasitic flows (dispatch errors, loans, lost parts)
- Manage parts return and shipments to suppliers or warehouses
- Track parts and tools via internal systems
- Organize and participate in related meetings
Your profile
- Knowledge of internal transport of engines/nacelles from storage hangar to aircraft
- Experience in preparing installation areas and transporting equipment
- Ability to attach/remove protections
- Experience in aviation
- Training in logistics and warehouse management
- Familiarity with FOD rules related to health and safety
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 environmental standards
- Understanding of storage and warehouse procedures
- Proficiency with computer software (Word, Excel, Access, SAP, etc.)
- Ideally, holding a cherry picker license, driving license, and lift machine certification
- Willingness to work in shifts (early and late) and on weekends if needed
- Good English level: B1
