Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Logistikbereich.
• Führungserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.

This position reports to

Logistics Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will strengthen our logistics team within the Smart Buildings division at our Heidelberg location. Your main responsibilities include:- Leading, coordinating, and motivating a logistics team • Ensuring compliance with all applicable occupational safety regulations and standards- Guaranteeing smooth and cost-effective logistical operations- Ensuring the punctuality of deliveries- Acting as an interface between supervisors and other teams or departments within ABB

Qualifications for the role

• You have a relevant professional qualification with additional training (e.g., as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, industrial clerk, technician, business economist, industrial or logistics specialist, or similar)
• Initial years of experience in a production or logistics environment as well as first leadership experience are desirable
• Knowledge of SAP/WM or EWM and MS Office is an advantage
• You are characterized by a team-oriented, solution-driven working style and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• In your daily work, you are always problem-solving oriented and demonstrate a hands-on mentality while keeping an eye on your time management
• You have very good verbal and written communication skills in German and good English proficiency
