Qualifikationen

• Expérience dans la logistique et les entrepôts dans une industrie réglementée (dispositifs médicaux préférés).
• Connaissance approfondie des exigences de la FDA et de l'ISO pour les dispositifs médicaux de classe III.
• Compétences en allemand (C1) et en anglais (B2) exigées.

Your mission

• Warehouse organization: Organizing and maintaining warehouse operations, inventory control, and goods movement
• Shipping: Managing incoming and outgoing shipments, including coordinating domestic and international freight
• Regulatory compliance: Ensuring compliance with all FDA (21 CFR Part 820), ISO 13485, and internal quality standards for all logistics processes
• Import/export management: Managing import/export processes in accordance with regulations in the US, EU, Asia, and other partner regions
• Documentation: Creating and managing complete, auditable shipping and regulatory documentation
• Customs clearance: Ensuring the correct use of HTS codes, Incoterms, and the preparation of shipping/customs documentation
• ERP data maintenance:Supporting ERP data integrity for inventory and logistics transactions
• Collaboration in cross-functional teams

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, ideally with a focus on supply chain, business administration, or engineering.
• Several years of experience in logistics and warehousing in a regulated industry (preferably medical devices).
• In-depth knowledge of FDA and ISO requirements for Class III medical devices.
• Practical knowledge of international trade compliance, HTS codes, and import/export regulations.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with an approach to continuous improvement.
• Confident working in a highly regulated and quality-oriented environment.
• Very good German skills (C1) and confident English skills (at least B2) in written and spoken communication.
