Royal Enfield DACH is seeking an experienced Service Parts / Logistics Specialist to oversee the end-to-end management of non-motorcycles operations. This pivotal role involves supervising daily operations, enhancing sales, and increasing profitability. The specialist will coordinate with dealers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service levels. A key responsibility is managing over 20,000 SKUs, focusing on inventory optimization, timely order processing, and maintaining high-quality standards.

The Service Parts Specialist will play a crucial role in process optimization and strategic initiatives to improve system efficiencies and non-motorcycles sales. This includes reducing operational costs and boosting customer satisfaction. Collaboration with IT, finance, and logistics teams is essential to streamline operations and improve the supply chain. The role also involves team leadership, fostering professional growth, and promoting innovation. The ideal candidate's strategic insight, operational expertise, and customer-centric approach will reinforce Royal Enfield DACH's market position and ensure the success of its non-motorcycles division.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Operational Supervision and Sales Enhancement : Oversee daily operations, including order processing, stock management, establishing minimum stock criteria, and monitoring dealer performance;
  2. Inventory and Stock Management : Monitor stock quality, manage replenishments, evaluate obsolete inventory, and prepare management reports for inventory decisions;
  3. Dealer Relations and Support : Act as the primary contact for dealer issues, providing support, training, and guidance, especially for new dealer development and initial stock management;
  4. Technical Expertise and Portal Management : Serve as a technical expert for non-motorcycles queries, maintain the RE Dealer Portal, and ensure accurate product listings;
  5. Data Management and Reporting : Manage datasets in Excel, produce reports and presentations on business performance;
  6. Price and Master Data Management : Define pricing strategies, collaborate with finance, and maintain master data in SAP;
  7. Warehouse Interaction and Process Support : Visit the Central Warehouse EMEA regularly, support space efficiency improvements, and assist in returns processes;
  8. Process Optimization and IT Coordination : Work with IT for SAP improvements, process development, and resolving order issues;
  9. Finance Team Engagement : Collaborate with finance to streamline dealer operations and resolve finance issues;
  10. Strategic Initiatives and Training : Drive initiatives to improve retail, inventory, and replenishment processes, and conduct relevant training.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields
  • Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory control
  • Strong customer service background, especially in non-motorcycles or similar fields
  • Proficiency with IT systems like SAP and data analysis tools
  • Automotive industry experience is advantageous
  • Skills in vendor and stakeholder management
  • Experience in process improvement and adopting new technologies
  • Advanced IT and data analytics skills
  • Experience with international operations and global supply chains
