Key Responsibilities
  • Planning, monitoring, and optimizing the supply chain from the factory to delivery to our retail partners
  • Operational and strategic management of logistics and transport service providers, including performance monitoring, escalation handling, and contract management
  • Coordination of transport modes (sea, rail, and road) with a focus on cost, time, and quality
  • Collaboration with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and internal departments
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and import regulations
  • Analyzing logistics processes and deriving measures to improve efficiency
  • Supporting projects aimed at process optimization within the operations area
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration
  • Professional experience in logistics, allocation, or production planning, in the automotive sector
  • Strong management and communication skills in dealing with logistics/transport service providers and business partners
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style, combined with strong team spirit
  • Excellent German skills and business-fluent English skills
