Vishay Precision Group, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support the Regional Logistics Manager in Mannheim/Bingen area with hybrid office-based duties. You will coordinate daily operations with a 3rd-party warehouse and ensure data accuracy and timely issue resolution.

The role interfaces between external providers and VPG internal teams, handling shipment tracking, inquiries, and compliance tasks while providing backup coverage during absences.

• Proactively track shipments and handle special requests.

• Manage RMA as part of Global Reverse Logistics.
• Capture and maintain accurate logistics data for operations.
• Backup for the Regional Logistics Manager during vacations or illnesses.

The Logistics Specialist will support the Regional Logistics Manager by managing daily operations, ensuring process efficiency,accuratedatamanagementandtimelyproblem resolution.

The incumbent shall be located in our office in Bingen or open to comute at least 2 days a week.

This role actslikethe key interface between 3rdparty provider (warehouse) and VPG internal customer.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead thedaily operationand work with the 3rdparty provider (warehouse)
• Act as the first level support for inquiries from carriers, customs, and internal teams
• Proactively track shipments, communicate updates, and handle special shipment requests
• Act as compliance support (Customs,Sox, etc.)
• Point of contact for regionalLogisticssoftware support (QAD/TMS, etc.)
• ManageRMA:part of Global Reverse Logistics
• Capture andmaintainaccurateLogistics data to support current and future operational needs
• Backup for the Regional Logistics Manager during vacations, illness, or other absences
