Arvato is seeking a Supervisor Data Center Logistics in Dreieich, near Frankfurt. You will lead a team, manage inbound/outbound and warehouse activities, and drive process improvements while ensuring safety and high service levels.

Operational Management of Logistics Processes: Coordinate inbound, outbound, and warehouse activities in close collaboration with the Area Manager while ensuring smooth material flows across data center operations and external storage locations.
Support and Develop Team Members: Onboard new colleagues, provide day-to-day guidance, and foster professional growth by creating a structured environment where people can develop their potential.
Drive Process Excellence: Take ownership of operational processes, monitor performance through relevant KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and transparency.
Quality, Safety & Customer Communication: Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and work instructions while maintaining professional and reliable communication with customers on site.
Warehouse Management & System Execution: Support operational booking activities within the Warehouse Management System and independently process orders when required, including during weekend operations.
Education & Professional Experience: You have completed vocational training, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or a commercial field, and bring several years of experience in an operational environment, including initial leadership or coordination responsibilities.
WMS & IT Skills: You are confident working with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., SAP or comparable systems) and Microsoft Office applications. Operational system booking experience is important for this role.
Language Skills: You have very good German skills and good English skills, enabling clear and professional communication in an international environment.
Mobility & Flexibility: You hold a valid German Class B\'s driver's license and are willing to work on Saturdays on a regular basis.
Mindset & Working Style: You are structured, solution-oriented, and team-focused. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations.
