A Consumer Goods company currently seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Logistics & Sales Support (m/w/d).

• Contact for both B2B and B2C customer
• Analyze sales, inventory, and production data to inform strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency
• Support the sales team through daily coordination, sample preparation, and event logistics
• Accurately process customer orders and invoices, and coordinate timely shipments to retailers, distributors, and new clients
• Oversee e-commerce customer service and warehouse operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction
• Maintain and regularly update internal documentation, including price lists, product data, and inventory forecasts
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
• Lead internal data consolidation efforts and contribute to cross-departmental process enhancements
• Assist with ensuring compliance with international trade and regulatory requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in logistics, sales assistance, or similar roles in Europe
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese
• German language skills are a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office and other data management tools
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in multicultural environments
