Zusammenfassung

Airbus seeks a Logistics Process Specialist (m/w/d) for the SAP ARP transformation in the Logistics & Supply Chain team. You will document As-Is and To-Be processes, identify gaps, and define SAP system changes to fit Airbus' needs.

You will perform end-to-end testing, support the move into production with hypercare and training concepts, and align new logistics standards with stakeholders to ensure a transparent, efficient logistics chain from supplier to delivery in Germany.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a relevant field such as CS, business informatics, or industrial engineering.
• Experience with IT/information systems and with supply chain/logistics.
• Proven SAP Logistics experience required.
• Strong process management and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Describe and compare As-Is and To-Be processes and identify gaps between legacy and future SAP system processes.
• Assess business impacts for identified differences and gaps.
• Define SAP system impacts in case of significant gaps to adapt or enhance system functionalities.
• End-to-end testing and validation of processes and IT solutions.
• Support the move into production including hypercare and training concepts.
• Define, develop and align new logistics concepts, standards & processes with stakeholders.
• Secure a transparent, one-touch and simple logistics operations in Germany.
• Consult with Airbus internal stakeholders on Airbus Logistics Documentation & BMS.
• Ensure standards are respected and followed.
• Contribute to productivity improvements to increase competitiveness.

You will work as "Logistics Process Specialist" (m/w/d) for Large Scale SAP Implementation for the ARP Project Team in the Airbus Logistics & Supply Chain department. The jobholder will work on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) standardisation implementation project called "Airbus Resource Planning" (ARP). ARP is considered as a transformation project for the entire company. The foundation of the ARP system is a standard SAP system, which is modified to fit Airbus' needs. You will be part of the team to implement ARP Logistics processes (Inbound & Warehouse) and will need to adopt the ARP agile project methodology and ensure standardization and harmonization across logistics processes (Processes & IT Systems).

Your tasks:

• Describe and compare As-Is and To-Be processes and solutions in order to identify differences and gaps between the legacy and future SAP system processes and functionalities
• Assessment and coordination of business impacts for identified differences and gaps
• Definition and description of SAP system impacts in case of significant gaps to adapt or enhance system functionalities or logics
• End to end testing and validation of processes and IT solutions
• Support the move into production including hypercare and training concepts
• Define, develop and align new logistics concepts, standards & processes with the relevant stakeholders (either individually or as an integral part of a project team)
• Secure a transparent, "one-touch" and simple logistics operations in Germany
• Consult with Airbus internal stakeholders on Airbus Logistics Documentation & Business Management System (BMS)
• Ensure standards are respected and followed
• Contribute to productivity improvements to increase the competitiveness of Airbus with main focus on a highly efficient logistics chain from supplier to the "Point of Delivery"

Your profil:

• A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, supply chain/logistics, or a comparable qualification
• Work experience in IT/information systems, as well as supply chain/logistics
• Work experience with SAP (Logistics) is required
• Knowledge of process management
• Knowledge of SAP and SAP/R3
• Business fluent in english and german
• The ability to quickly identify and analyze relationships and how things work
• The ability to work independently, in a structured and results-oriented manner to achieve goals on time and coordinate workflows efficiently
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with contacts at all levels
