R3 Robotics in Karlsruhe is seeking a Logistics & Operations Associate to manage the flow of materials, receipts to outbound shipments, and inventory accuracy, enabling safe handling of battery modules.
You will support engineering and disassembly teams, operate in a fast-moving robotics environment, and grow with a company investing in cutting-edge automation.
This role combines practical warehouse work with problem solving, aiming for efficient processes and reliable operations.
R3 Robotics is developing the AI-powered dismantling platform that transforms end-of-life electric vehicle systems into strategic sources of critical materials. As global electrification accelerates, the surge in batteries and e-motors requires automated solutions that manual disassembly cannot provide. We are addressing this industrial bottleneck by enabling the automated dismantling of complex systems at scale through computer vision, artificial intelligence, and specialized robotic tooling.
Following a successful €20M Series A funding round led by HG Ventures and Suma Capital, we are expanding across Europe and preparing for our entry into the United States market in 2026. We partner with major industrial recyclers and automotive OEMs to deliver measurable impact. If you seek to work on advanced robotics within a well-funded organization scaling internationally, this is your opportunity.
As a Logistics & Operations Associate at R3 Robotics, you'll keep our Karlsruhe facility running by owning the flow of materials in and out of the site, from receiving incoming deliveries to preparing modules and scrap for outbound shipment. You'll be the person who makes sure the right parts, tools, and consumables are where they need to be, that inventory is accurate, and that materials are handled, recycled, and disposed of safely and efficiently.
This is a varied, practical role at the intersection of logistics and operations. Alongside the core warehouse and facilities work, you'll provide technical operator support to the engineering and disassembly teams as needed, helping with disassemblies, the workshop, and equipment when extra hands are required. It's ideal for someone practical and organized who takes ownership, spots better ways of doing things, and wants to grow within a fast moving robotics company.
