R3 Robotics is developing the AI-powered dismantling platform that transforms end-of-life electric vehicle systems into strategic sources of critical materials. As global electrification accelerates, the surge in batteries and e-motors requires automated solutions that manual disassembly cannot provide. The role

The Founder's Associate will work closely with the Business team of the company to support them in all aspects of the business. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and a passion for entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with R3 Robotics Business Team on various key strategic projects
• Oversee the Company's internal operations
• Provide hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor progress
• Be involved and take ownership of financial projects
• Support in the fundraising process (incl. Reporting)
• Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, etc.
• Lead meetings with clear planning and coordination
• Bring to completion specific projects and initiatives
• Contribute to the implementation and sustainability of HR strategy

Your profile

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject from a top tier university or in your final year of studies
• Gained first practical experience in fast paced environment (own entrepreneurial experience, VC-backed startups, MBB-level consulting)
• Hands on, proactive, self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial vision
• Ability to work in a high-performing, demanding environment handling a broad variety of tasks
• Possess exceptional organizational, analytical and structured problem solving skills
• Confidence and comfort to work in a lean organization and agile environment
